is a licensed attorney in Colorado and has extensive litigation
and appellate experience.
Immediately after law school, Mr. Heupel served as an
assistant attorney general for Colorado Attorney Generals
Gail Norton and Ken Salazar. Mr. Heupel prosecuted a
variety of cases where he honed his litigation and negotiation
skills. As a result, Mr. Heupel is well versed in formulating
trial strategies that led to resolution of complex cases.
